Travelling gives me energy. I like to learn about people, cultures, mentalities, and traditions. I collect folk costumes from all over the world. So far I’ve worked and lived in Romania (my home country), Sweden, China, South Korea and Mexico.
Music is my main hobby. I spent some good years studying vocals and different instruments, and music still makes my heart sing.
I am grateful for this magical gift called life and I love every single day equally.
I am a big fun of my intuition. The craziest thing I’ve done following it? My husband asked me to marry him before we even kissed. I said yes – and I’m so happy that I did. My gut feeling is never wrong. And so is yours!
As for MY PROFESSION AND MY CREDENTIALS…
I am a graduate of the Bucharest University, with a bachelor degree in foreign languages and literature. I worked for a while as a TV producer and later for an embassy. I spent most of my working years in the Supply Chain industry with a big company, leading business and people across different cultures. Years ago, I decided to quit the corporate world, follow my true passion and reinvent myself professionally.
Today I am an international Women’s Career & Empowerment Coach and I specialize in personal growth, confidence building, life purpose and career development. I hold speeches and facilitate workshops on various women’s empowerment topics.
I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach with the auspicious International Coaching Training Institute, which is a top institution in the coaching industry worldwide, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
I am also a Certified Practitioner of some of the world’s most trusted personality assessments: MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and FIRO-B® (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation), which help me to bring more value in my coaching practice.
Why coaching and Why do I work with Women?
Because I believe in what I do and I know I can make a difference. Looking back on my life, I haven’t always felt so empowered as now… I used to consider myself pretty but not truly beautiful, intelligent but not truly smart, successful in my career but not truly perfect. I wasn’t able to acknowledge the big efforts and the hard work behind my “luck.” I had no problems to see the strengths in others but never saw the gifts in myself.
I had to learn how to love and appreciate myself and how to treat myself with dignity and respect. I had to break old patterns and limiting beliefs that were working against me, so I could live my own life and make my own rules. Now I am looking back on this experience with gratitude because, without having to go through all that, I couldn’t coach other women with as much depth and love.
Here’s what makes my work authentic and real: I’ve been there. I turned my wounds into wisdom, and today, I inspire other women to believe in themselves, know their own worth and live a meaningful life of purpose.
Seeing you happy makes me happy. I can’t wait to see you shine your light on the world and transform into the woman you were meant to be. Your time is now. Are you ready to embark on this journey with me?
